  • Do you offer payment plans?
    Yes! C3 is dedicated to servicing clients of all economic backgrounds. Therefore, we are proud to announce that all of our services are eligible for payment plans. Please email us at if you are interested in obtaining a payment plan and we will send you an invoice where you can pay as much or as little as you like and the C3 team will get started on your service once the invoice is paid in full within 60 days. We look forward to servicing you!
  • What is your turnaround time for your services?
    The standard turnaround time for all services is 7 business days (Monday - Friday), not including United States federal holidays. Please note that all documents are sent late in the evening. Clients will have 7 days from the date of their consultation to pay their invoice in order to receive the 7 day turnaround time benefit. If the client’s invoice is on a payment plan or paid after the 7 day limit, they will receive the document within 10 business days. Please note if there are prior schedule commitments from C3 that conflict with the 10 business day turnaround time, the team will be sure to communicate the next available completion date following receipt of payment.
  • Do you offer expedited turnaround times?
    C3 offers expedited services for an additional fee. Cut your wait time in less than half with expedited services by receiving your document within only 3 business days after the your payment is submitted instead of the standard 7 business days! Expedited turnaround times to cut your wait time in HALF are half the price of your service. For example: If you receive an “individual contributor” resume edit for $397 and cannot wait 7 business days, the expedited fee to cut your wait time in half is $199 which is half of your service price, making your new total $596 for speedy execution.
  • What if I need an emergency appointment?
    If C3 consultations are fully booked and you need immediate assistance, an emergency consultation will be double the price in order to skip all other clients and squeeze in an additional appointment to prioritize your career needs. For example: If C3 is booked for the next 4 weeks, and you need an “individual contributor” consultation this week for a resume transformation, a $397 resume fee will now be doubled to $794 in order to cover the price of the document and rushed appointment. Please note that the service will still be completed within the standard 7 business days, and expedited services of cutting the turnaround time in half remains at an additional fee of half the price of the original service (“Expedited Service” details above). Email us as if you are in immediate need of an emergency consultation.
  • What do I need to do for my consultation?
    Before a consultation, you will need to click the “schedule a consultation” icon in order to select an appointment date and time. You’ll then be sent to another screen that allows you to fill out a service request form, and enter in your best contact information, as well as any supporting materials, such as your current resume or cover letter. Once the appointment has been scheduled and you have filled out all required fields, you are all set for your upcoming consultation! A $150 non-refundable deposit is required when scheduling your appointment and will be credited towards your resume service. The remainder of the resume fee is dependant on your career level which will be determined during your consultation. An invoice for one of the following remaining resume balances will be sent: Individual Contributor = $247 Manager= $347 Executive=$447 Returning Client= No additional payment required ***Please Note: All clients who are more than 10 minutes late to their appointment will need to reschedule.***
  • What are your methods of payment?
    There is a $150 non-refundable deposit for your resume consultation that will go towards your service. A secured invoice for the remaining balance of your resume service will be sent to customers via Quickbooks after the consultation. Quickbooks invoices accept all debit and credit cards, including Apple Pay. Please Note: For returning clients there is no additional payment due after paying the deposit.
  • When do I need to submit my payment?
    We encourage all clients to submit payments as soon as possible. C3 is unable to officially begin services until your full payment is submitted. For example: If you have a consultation on a Monday and pay at the time your invoice is sent, your resume will be completed in 7 business days on the following Wednesday. However, if you were to pay on a Wednesday instead for your Monday consultation, your resume would not be completed until 7 business days from your payment date which is that following Friday. Anything after the 7 day payment window is subject to our 10 business day policy.
  • Am I eligible for a discount if I got my resume edited by C3 in the past?
    Yes! We offer discounted pricing for past clients who have been serviced by C3 on their document within the past 2 years (24 months). Check out the “Services and Pricing” tab to learn more.
  • How do I know what level of services I need for my resume?
    The level of services needed for your resume will be determined by the end of your consultation. Clients do not pick their own level. Their resume will have to be assessed by C3 first in order to determine the right level that is needed. An invoice will be sent for the remaining balance of your resume after call once the level of service is determined.
  • How long do I have to request free editing after receiving my document?
    Clients have a 7 day window to request additional editing after receiving the first draft of their document. When the 7 day window has passed, additional reinstatement fees will apply.
